Terms of Service

Re-dos:

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you experience any challenges with your haircut or hair color, please let us know within 7 days of your initial visit, and we’ll be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. However, if you request a completely different haircut that requires more than a 15-minute adjustment, or if you request a color change different from the agreed-upon shade, it will be considered a new service and may be subject to full pricing.

Cancellations:

Kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the stylist may charge up to 50% of the service cost. You can view individual stylist policies on their booking site. We ask for the earliest cancellation notice possible to give us the best opportunity to offer that spot to another guest. We appreciate your understanding and always strive to respect your time as well.

Product Returns:

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with we will accept retail exchanges to find a product better suited for you at full credit within 14 days of the original purchase. Products must be minimally used.

Client data and payment security:

We accept payment by card or cash only. No checks will be accepted. We take the security of your debit and credit information very seriously, with all transactions processed through a secure server. We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information. It will only be used for processing transactions, booking appointments, and communicating with you via email or text. Gratuities can be given by cash or card, as we do not accept Venmo for business purposes.”

Photography:

By agreeing to have your photo taken during your appointment, you are consenting to its use on our website or Instagram for promotional purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please feel free to decline having your photo taken – you are never obligated to do so. Your comfort is our top priority, and if you have any questions about salon photography, please don’t hesitate to ask.
